Yeah, and the name Jeff is Hebrew in origin, derives from the one in the book of Judges, by the name of Jephthah, who sacrificed his daughter to HaShem, and of course, Jeff/Jephthah, is Hebrew for "He Opens", and the name Jeff is common among most Jews, like Jeffrey Epstein, Jeff Goldblum, and many several Jews with the name Jeff.

The Pale skin, thick bottom lip, and joker smile, are all Jewish traits.
Not all Jews have pale skin, but many are much lighter than a Blonde-hair, blue-eyed scandinavian, but don't even blush.
Of course, Jews are no more Whiter than a Mulatto, Eurasian, or a Metis/Mestizo, cause a Jews skull shape, such as their sloped forehead, receding chin, flat back scalp, long-horse face, and close-set eyes, are Non-Caucasoid traits, from Armenoids.
The purest armenoid skull would be the Neanderthal man.
Neanderthals are the purest armenoids, before they breed out with early homo-sapiens(our ancestors).
Non-Africans having a little bit of neanderthal dna, is false, cause the 2.5% in Europeans, and East-Asians, shows a descendant from the closest relatives of neanderthals, such as denisovans, that does not require hybridizing with neanderthals.
The Homo-Sapien ancestors of Whites, that arrived to the continent of Europe from East-Africa, around 58,000 years ago, pushed the Neanderthals out, into Asia, just how the Paleomongoloid/Austronesic ancestors of Filipinos, arrived to the islands(that is now known as the Philippines) from Formosa(today known as Taiwan), around 1,000 years ago(not that long ago, of course), and pushed the Australoid/Melanesian Aetas(Which the White Spaniards called Negritos) to the Mountains, through brutal force.

Wouldn't you agree, that the third picture(Japanese in anime), is a typical look of what the average yamato-japanese(of yakonid phenotype) look?

Those anime figures are not of any ethnicity. The Japanese are good at drawing different ethnic groups in anime. In One Punch Man, there are a lot of European type characters, and even a Black African type who likes flexing his muscles. Some of the characters like Speed o' Sound Sonic and Flashy Flash are somewhat campy.
