Most likely not. Being Turkified, they would have no reason to hold back from mixing with other Turks

Trabzon Turks are a different story. The Turkification of the peoples also depend on the timeline.. Furthermore, Trabzon Turks were isolated unlike the native populations of Central and Western Anatolia

yeah except east of trabzon. east of trabzon heavily east eurasian. but they are mostly ex-giresun people.

actually it is not very strange because most parts of eastern anatolia and trabzon etc. most of them were conquered later than even most balkan places. (i mean in ottoman times, seljuks conquered before but they lose)

Even though they entered Anatolia through the eastern route, it seems they mainly settled in the western parts closer to Constantinople. This lead to Ottomans acquiring that Anatolian admixture from the host population. Only later they got the opportunity to occupy and Turkify the regions and populations of NE Turkey. Also, in the West, Ottomans saw more success after destroying the Byzantines but also, in the East/NE which they had yet to explore further, the population especially near Trabzon was mostly Christian and throughout the decades there was much more resistance to Turkification.
