Does scoring 'Ashkenazi' on any DNA test automatically mean you have Jewish or MidEast admixture?

Does scoring 'Ashkenazi' on any DNA test automatically mean you have at least some Jewish or Middle Eastern admixture?

I do know though that Ashkenazis or Sephardics are a mix of Euro + Middle Eastern component.
