he can not pass among anatolian turks and azerbaijanis . neither in the caucasus
not to argue i know Caucasus and anatolian turks are mostly caucasoids but Nogais and some anatolian turks look pretty mongoloid althought anatolian turks who look mongoloid are a minority but nogais are pretty mongoloid and crimean tatars can look mongoloid too

a decent amount of anatolian turks show a little mongoloid in their face (some do also show a lot ) but not like this dude . he looks straight up foreign

nogais yes you are right with them and tatars somewhat yes

Volga Tatars are mostly caucasoids but crimean,dobrujan,lipka and siberian tatars can look very mongoloid

I think he can easily pass among Turanid types in West Anatolia and Azerbaijan. In general, I think he can pass in Turanid countries(Mongolia,Kazakhistan etc)
Mongolia is overwhelmingly Tungid not Turanid althought some Mongols can have Turanid looks and there is also some Kazakhs in Mongolia so you are right he can pass in Mongolia but as atypical
