Collage of tajiks(likely all pamiris) from Khorog, Shugnan. Where do they pass to you and what do they look like?

they look a lot closer to kurds than the iranians do lol

I guess they do. They have those longer, wider and square heads kurds have.
I think it has to do with cultural life-style + climate. Turkey kurds lives in a more northern climate compared to many iranians + lives a life-style(and their ancestors did as well) that gives them those feautures they share with pamiris.
Iranians however lives in a hotter climate and probably lives a more comfortable life-style and so did their ancestors, so they end up looking different to kurds in comparison to pamiris, even though latter is actually far closer to pashtuns like me autosomally than any kurd
you think long noses are a kurdish trait ?
Not necessarily.
I seen kurds with small noses too. I think i seen more kurds with smaller noses than bigger noses.
Cant tell.
well some can have big armenoid noses of course

In this set, none look particularly north african to me
nah many dont look anatolian or caucasian .
i just meant that they loook MORE similar to us than the iranian collages do . but they still have their own look . many still look foreign
