The Filipino I gave temporary banned has been saying a lot of racial slurs around here without warning, untill I kept seing it. He haven’t say much that one Pino haven’t but @Big boss is funny. So he gets away with it here.
Look at the comment responses, many wanted that Filipino banned for his trolling different ethnicity groups.
The Bolivians are the most Amerindian people in Latin America and they have more Euro/Spanish blood in them than Filipinos, who they the Filipinos have little to almost no Euro/Spanish blood. While Bolivians have indiomestizos, mestizos and few whites among them. Filipinos don’t really have much mestizo and less criollos(whites)

A mix of Deutro-Malayids, Nesids, Shanids, & Palaugnids.
They look like dark-skinned Asians, & very SE Asian looking, despite having Spanish surnames & being catholic, their "Spanish ancestry" is very small, less than 10%, they are more Chinese than Spanish, according to 23andMe results.
Most of their Spanish surnames is a just a result of their ancestors being baptized with those surnames, much like with Indigenous Mexicans.
