He doesn’t pass as white but in Oklahoma there’s a huge white/Native American mix population. He wouldn’t pass as white outside OK. Also he would still be kind of exotic so I’m not 100% sure myself but OK is an interesting place.

You have to go to okhlahoma to see for yourself. I’ve seen white guys that kinda look like the man in the OP. Actually kind of resembles Keanu Reeves now that I think about it, just a little more “Asian” .
