Odd looking fellow. He doesn't look Chinese or Japanese. He is more NE Asian. The Manchus are gentically Chinese now due to intermarriage, so I don't think those identifying as Manchu would look like Tungusic people. He doesn't have the protuberant cheek bones that Tungusic people have. So he is Korean with some Tungusic features like the broad lower jaw.
