I don't watch this anime, but seeing this character, doesn't look like a Japanese, cause Japaness have light brown complexion, like Kyota Tsushima(Japanese Vegan YouTuber), and Takashi Lizuka(Japanese Video Game designer for Sega).
This Character has fair skin, and looks like a Spaniard of Atlanto-Mediterranid phenotype, to me.
Just wondering, do Japanese always create majority of their characters to be White instead of Japanese, or is that just me thinking.

Hard to classify anime character but if I had to give one, looks Atlanto med with a touch of North Sinid. Like an Atlantid with North Sinid influence eye shape.

I thought he looked like an Ethnic Spaniard, cause he seems so much like a White Mediterranean.

Well, they tend to look more white than the other. Naruto series, Dragon ball etc.
But this anime character looks like a white with bit asiatic/nord-Sinid influence eyes. Look at his left eye were u can see a bit (he got the bit eyefold over his eye)

Yes, but he looked like a Spaniard boy of Atlanto-Mediterranid with some Nordid admixture in him, doesn't look anything like a Japanese.

I know this is just an anime drawing, not making any arguments, but I never guess him as having Sinid admixture, with those epicanthic eyefold, cause he looks too attractive for a Chink.
Chinks being a cross between 2 Mongoloid sub-races, such as Northeast-Asians, mixed with Southeast-Asians, gives them a hideous, unattractive features.
Chinks are one of the ugliest Asiatics, which is why I never guessed him as being Sinid admixed.
I thought he looked like a Spaniard, before you pointed out his epicanthic eye fold(has Mongoloid-admixed/Eurasian slanted eyes, which isn't typical for a Pure Spaniard, of course).
