Many Filipinos have Chinese ancestry, I know a Filipino guy who works at the weed shop, & he claims Spanish & Chinese ancestry, but he doesn't look Spanish at all.
Many Filipinos I met claim Spanish ancestry, but according to DNA tests, their Spanish DNA is less than 10%, so its very diluted, very different to Latin Americans, which have levels of Iberian DNA is found every, even Bolivia is more Iberian than the Philippines, Filipinos are not that different from other Southeast Asians, except for the tiny Iberian DNA, having Spanish surnames, & being Catholic.
Some Mexicans have Filipino DNA, from the Manila Gaileon, I'm 0.2% Filipino on 23andMe.
