I think AASI is darker than this reconstruction and the first people to go to South Asia probably looked like this reconstruction.
The reason I think AASI is quite dark is because there are Punjabis/Indians who look black as night.

punjabis obsess over afghans and try to link themselves to them and try to distance themselves from most other indians especially south indians . they are coping hard
needless to say many of them online also think they overlampz with us Kurds . which is one of the craziest things i have seen in anthroforums

The fact that they feel the need to force overlaps with afghans already says a lot because many afghans are curryoid themselves and punjabis seem them as white aryanz or whatever the fuck lel.. and of course them linking themselves to kurds is hilarious. As far as i am aware their primary argument for forcing an overlap with kurds is that both them and kurds have iran_n ancestry
the argument with Iran N is relatively new though . what i was talking about is already from back then from Anthroscape times where pajeetabis thought that Kurds and punjabis look similar and that there is "overlap" . the main reasons for this delusion were
1. muh Iranic language . like punjabistan borders pakistan and pakistan borders iran . Kurds are Iranic . there is a shitstain continuum according to them . also the muh indoiranian / indoaryan language linkz n shiet
2. weird pics floating around online of Kurds especially from Iraq
3. (somewhat linked to nr.2) our gypsies being not even known and floating around everywhere among Kurds . i remember a pajeet saying to me "why should he be gypsy you say this because he is a dark Kurd" or something like that . about this gypsy guy :
so i was the one "denying a dark Kurd" despite this guy being a fucking gypsy
and then these delusional disgusting trolls think their people who are fucking foreign and exotic people to us who we see zero similaritiy with for obvious reasons that they look like my people . fuck no dude ...man you should have been there back then lol . AS times ....fucking pieces of shits
4. Turks (those who hate us ) , Assyrians and other people who hate us spreading misinformation

That's fair enough. If you think about it the roots of the muh iranic or iran_n argument stem from balochis as well who speak an iranic language, have the lost amount of iran_n ancestry out of all the "iranics" and a lot of them frequently look pseudo-curryoid as well. Also, as far as I know baloch and kurdish have some similarities linguistically therefore that's more than enough for punjabis, afghans, uttar pradeshians, kolkatans, etc lol even some bengalis regard kurds as their cousin ethnic group from the far west. All of this id obviously bullshit and comical but that's my two cents about the whole iranic/Iran_n argument
Yes gypsies who larp as kurds in eastern turkey have a lot to do with the musportrayal of kurds in general and pajeets being the cherrypickers they are afghans included, they take the pictures of gypsies or atypical kurd out of context and use them to depict the "similarities" between kurds and northern south asians even though the people in the pictures are not even kurdish for the most part. Just lol..
And then like you said with the 4th argument you've got turks and assyrians with their bullshit political agendas and propaganda with which they equate kurds to pakis, punjabis, kashmiris, etc. they are basically giving content to the trolls and nothing else
but regardless of that they always also tried to currifyl west asians in general . "can pass as fuckedmymother pahari jatt" and shit like that even though the person in question didnt look curry at all

Exactly. They do it with you and they have done the same with me as well. "you look like pranja majmajut" even though there is no resemblance at all

at one point my thread got trolled and it started taking an odd direction and when i revealed that i am Kurdish curries suddenly popped up more and classified me as "Iranid" (as if Iranid is a curry type) and tried to imply curry pass iirc . one pakistani guy placed me first as turkish cypriot and other things nearby and then after he knew i am Kurdish he said i look balochi . another pakistani placed me similar and even south europe and after he knew i am kurdish he also changed direction . and the latter dude was one of the most annoying people i have came across on forums . he even tried to lecture me on how Kurds look etc.
i wish i could meet many of them . yes i would beat them up no hesitation

is that right. go ahead and post your pics on r/phenotypessouthasia and see it for yourself. not to mention that already people sometimes tell you that you look indian or paki on facebook groups and in other spaces. which as you know i completely disagree with. and majority of those comments come from non-curries as well
it is still a minority compared to most guesses i get
phenotypessouthasia i have seen them even pass a spanish girl (who looks nothing like south asians) as indian comfortably . so it doesnt matter what they say
