he also said that when he saw me first he didnt think i look Kurdish but something "western" . even though i am typical

these Kurds in OP are also not Kurdish looking for him . i guess the thousands of Kurds in the Kurdish gallery are not either . Kurds dont look Kurdish .....ok....

you live in northwest turkey which is metropolitan and has syrian and afghan (i think) refugees , gypsies , balkan descendant people , turks , kurds , everything . you dont even know who is Kurdish when you walk around . the 3-4 weird looking Kurds you know (and we dont even know what exactly they are) dont make you knowledgeable about Kurds

If I saw them for the first time, I wouldn't have guessed they were Kurds and I wouldn't have guessed you as a Kurdish person, and I'm very honest. But that doesn't mean I see the Kurds as exotic.

I can easily separate the gypsies and the Kurds, and the refugees as well. I have already mentioned a dark-skinned Kurdish-speaking man who I suspect is Kurdish before. I haven't seen a very atypical Kurdish-speaking man other than that man.
