indian pigmentation with south east asian features I'm not a specialist on the region but maybe he would pass in north-east india, Nepal or as a negrito admixed south east asian

yeah not far off actually. He’s bangladeshi. Looks a bit more mong shifted than avg bengali. Average bengali is about 10-15% mongoloid.
