Im not sure if she is south indian exactly, but she is an indian tribal of some sort yes. Most likely from south but could be from central. She's an adoptee I think living in europe.
She has the highest south indian/south asian percentage ive seen on gedmatch kits. almost 87% south asian on eurogenes k12b

and it is clear to see that the south asian component in eurogenes k12b is heavily south eurasian and that it is a very darkening / exotifying component . this girl looks pseudo ssa . and the other guy with the 81% that i posted also looks a little ssa like on some pics . both are very dark people too
there are persians who are not even from the south of iran who score up to freaking 11-12 % of it . which is impossible for Kurds . Kurdish average is around 2% which is not more than nearby neighboring ethnicites of us (or barely so)
balkan gypsies score 25% on average . iraqi gypsies score 30-35% . i wonder what our gypsies in eastern turkey score . it would be interesting to know
but either way i think this component score can explain why there are such exotic iranians who look very different from us kurds despite "muh iranic" etc
which doesnt mean that everyone who scores 11-12% of it will look exotic or something . it always depends . but imagine having a country like iran where even north persians can score 11% . this means that there will be a good chunk of people who will look very off for any ethnicity west of iran

no south asian . and very similar to Kurdish results . but we Kurds have west european and north european

my favorite components are west european , mediterranean , and west-central asian
here's her kit. She scores 4% more SI than that kerala christian (joy) that you've mentioned before. She gets 75% SI. Its not the highest SI in india, but it is the highest among the gedmatch kits ive seen so far.
