Classify him and where can he pass

He looks like a intermediate type between Atlanto Mediterranean and Berid. Something like that. And looks passable in Iberian peninsula. Portugal, Spain. Sardinia too. Italy (Central Italian), as far as Greece mainland in the Balkans.
Actually he definitely is an intermediate between Pontid and Berid. He has very soft features so no atlanto-med.
