He looks mainly Alpine (the skull) & Dinaric (the nose), while the lips & eyebrows could be either Alpine or Dinaric influenced or both, the eyes might indicate Turanid admixture, but I've also seen Alpines with those eyes, either way he looks predominantly West Eurasian.
