But Turkmen do not have much Mongoloid genes, as you said, they are generally like Anatolian Turks.
yeah they are like 20-30% (kazakhs are %70 lol) still more than turks or azeris. turks are something like 5-20% (cuz turkey is more diverse) and azeris are something like 5-10%.

caucasoid part of turkmens are similar to tajiks not exactly like turks or azeris. but they are very diverse. turks are sonething like west asian + balkan + minor mongoloid and azeris are like west asian + minor mongoloid.

Because when we Kazakhs mixed with Tungus or Mongols, the Mongoloid is high. Medieval Kipchaks were more similar to the Oghuzs.

yeah you guys mixed with mongolic populations and we mixed with anatolian, caucasian, balkan etc. populations. i guess turkmens or uzbeks are most similar to the medieval turkic populations.

the Bashkirs are considered as pure Turkic people. The proportion of medieval Turks is higher in the Bashkirs.
