i remember posting also one of my great grandfather old photo and it looks dark because the photo doesn't have color then for that the people didn't do the classification but guessed my great grandfather as Greek xd
Funny thing is with the Greeks is they try so hard to pass off Greeks as Slavic and overestimate their percentages. Even Bulgarians aren’t that Slavic let alone Greece

Exactly. It’s like saying Spaniards look North African because of residual moorish dna. Sometimes berid features show, but the person would still look predominately Iberian
yeah i would say iberians neither look "Moorish" and neither look "northern european" me im spanish but im also partly Anglo and N Italian but still i've seen spaniards wholook lighter than me or my cousin also i think personally that he looks very North African even he says but Iberians are part of SW euro we have this med admixture the same as the "celtic" or Bell beaker one nothing more and you can still find a lot of different types

Exactly. I think people dismiss phenotypical diversity in south Europe and have this expectation to look north or even central euro because you have the European label. Which can cause some problems because south Europeans would have this expectation to “look euro” or whatever.

yeah even if south euros look darker i don't think they are less euro than a North European, it's crazy xd.
