I think not the average, but maybe some can. Like that one Tibetan girl I shown you that looks like the Peruvian Inca mummy.

Anyway, I’ll let the other posters be the judge if average or not can pass.

Bolivians are mostly Amerindians with some Mestizos, & few Whites & Blacks, Tibetans are Asians.

Maybe some overlap.

Tibetans according to Chinese people I know, are a Chinese ethnic group that differs from the Han Chinese by having reddish skin. Tibetans are definitely East Asian. Bolivans are dark Amerindians, and rather ugly.

It is not my view, it is the general view of just about all Han Chinese people even if they support the independence of Tibet. Tibet was divided factionally even before the Chinese invaded. Divided you fall. My opinion is if they want independence they should fight for it, rather than rely on the Dalai Lama to influence the outside world.

No no, not Chinese in Tibet, any Han Chinese, living in any part of the world. The Chinese in Tibet are not Tibetans like the Chinese in Xinjiang are not Uyghurs, they are Han Chinese. The Chinese do that sort of thing as in Inner Mongolia and Manchuria. They want the Himalyan countries and parts of Russian East Siberia as well, that is how they are.
I am not pro Chinese. They are like the Indians, they get everywhere as have their Romani kin.
