I'm 1/16 Basque, my paternal grandfather & my great-grandfather (my mother's maternal grandfather) both had Basque ancestry.

Basques are one of the largest White/Caucasian ethnic groups in Mexico, & the 2nd largest Iberian ethnic group in Mexico after Spaniards.

Basque is the 2nd largest Spanish region in my fathers 23andMe results after Andalusia, & my 3rd largest Spanish region on 23andMe after Andalusia & Castile and Leon.
