It depends on the day, how my mood is, how much sleep I got, & some other factors, I'm baptized Roman Catholic, I go to mass whenever I can, read some parts of the bible, & talk to god, but there's sometimes where I'm more agnostic or deist, let's just say that I'm not the most religious person out there.
I'm atheist and I believe religion was created by ancestral humans as heuristic tool to promote prosociality and group cooperation, upon developing high intelligence, but now religion is utterly outmoded, as it outlived its purpose and as such, should be gone for good.

Let's suppose all religions are human products how does that undermine the concepts and ideas proposed by them ? Like God, afterlife, meaning of life, etc
No. Religions have their place. Marx said something like: Religion is the opiate of the masses. Not sure about that, but I do accept that religions help some people cope with life's journey from womb to tomb, sickness, loss of loved ones, savage wars..... That is not a bad thing. I just don't need that sort of succour.
