Are Americans beyond gone?

This is actually something on the mind of a lot of Canadians these days. Maybe they are no longer a reliable ally or trading partner, and we need to cut ties and maybe ink out trace deals with countries like China or India, or the EU or Latin America.

I mean, we’ve said that about the right the US for a long time, American Republicans/Conservatives and especially Trumpers cannot be trusted, but I am getting similar feelings about the American so-called “left” these days.

The USA is slowly but surely breaking down, we can already see the chaos that have been occurring over the past months in this nation
regarding injustice, covid-19, racism, sexism etc

I think the right thing for Canada to do is look for a newer and better ally
Having a racist/sexist nation as an ally is not good, that is like making a racist and sexist man a vice president of your company

even American men politicians cant respect women, they have to verbally attack them smh
