A better Anatolian population to use would be anatolian hunter gatherer populations however i haven't come across the coordinates for that yet.

ANF has basal, but Europeans have the WHG component with no basal eurasia. thus basal eurasia in the ANF becomes unimportant

in your case yes because you would have somewhere around 6-7% EHG and your natufian is 8% iirc. but for someone like tiglat who has around 5.5% EHG but 14% natufian, his EHG score isn't enough to cover his natufian score. In my case it's even worse because my EHG is barely a noise.

i dont think it is not that simple and doesnt work like that

also iran n has natufian like stuff in it too which CHG either doesnt have or has less . so when you remove iran neo and use only chg my natufian goes up to 17-20

however CHG has WHG shift too

I posted the models already in this thread for those components so you can check them out.

Even with the AASi and natufian that is found in Iran_N, someone like tiglat who also has a ton of iran_N but also more natufian than yourself will end up having more exotic stuff than yourself. Also his CHG score isnt enough to compensate for his Iran_N+Natufian and don't forget that CHG itself is around 50-60% Iran_N like so it gets some of that natufian/AASI that Iran_N already has

i mean when you dont use iran neo . the CHG score will be 40-45 . and CHG has a WHG shift balancing things out again regarding natufian

by the way i dont think iran n has actual aasi in it . it only has a small aasi shift when you take CHG as base
