Lebanese Christian. I believe the Christians are more native to the Levant than the Muslims are and overall have less outside admixture like European and Northern West Asian, and SSA. My results are more akin to Lebanese Muslim, and it is odd because my parents and their parents were always Christian. Only explanation is that we were Muslims 200 years ago and got converted somehow lol.

The supposed European admixture in Lebanese muslims is not captured on an autosomal level on mesolithic/eneolithic modelings but you do not have to worry about it. There is not much of a difference between Lebanese christians and lebanese muslims. And I am curious to how you measure the aborginality (not sure if that's the proper word xd) to levant

My G25 has me plotting Levantine territory, though:

in Bronze Age the migrations had already happened or at least it was the time when the migration was at its peak.

This is a bronze age Levantine sample from Megiddo site. Look at how much ANF, Iran_N and even CHG it scores. Whereas in Copper age which was a preceding era to bronze age, only Anatolian Neolithic Farmer ancestry was observed in big amounts and CHG and Iran_N were completely and almost completely lacking. Also, Copper age Levantine sample has far more Natufian than Megiddo sample.

looks like during the end of Copper Age, the migrations intensified. You can model Megiddo sample as 58% Copper Age Zagrosian and 42% Neolithic Levantine. Levant_N is basically Half Natufian half ANF
