Yes. It’s usually those hanging around in groups in the streets that are the bad ones who just looking for opportunity to scam someone, those are the problem. Those need to be deported from Europe.

But yea, It’s crazy that this is happening in Europe now! This happened yesterday by the way! I was recording with my GoPro and taking pictures with my iPhone when these guys started telling me I couldn’t record, bla bla bla. They came back a second time, and one even tried to snatch my GoPro right out of my hand! I told them, “I’m a tourist in Europe. This is a public place, not Africa!” I had to tell it like it is. And so did the other guy was telling them the same. And this happened in the GO ZONE—a major TOURIST ZONE at the Vatican! 🤯 This is WILD! But it’s a real problem and Its always the usual suspect!

The page that posted the video yes is a Pinoy Instagrammer, “Marvin D. Hunter. “ But, the people sharing and liking it are from all over the world, especially Europeans. Even some well-known European YouTubers have been sharing it. Check out DutchTravelManiac on YouTube or Instagram, too!

@Kurdquistador @idklolimo Check video out, Bereal probably has already seen this video from Dutch maniac but yea it’s a real thing. Always the usual suspect acting agressive, violent when they see someone with a camara or phone!

Here's my take on this, when I was in Europe earlier this year with my wife, I never had any problems with non-Europeans, in fact a Black worker from Sierra Leone who was working at the airport in Zurich helped my wife & I get into the airplane quicker due to our disabilities, in Ireland, a Black man working in the bathroom actually put soap in my hands to wash it.
Meanwhile, I was getting scammed by some Moldovan girls in Dublin, & a Spanish lady selling bus tickets in front of a cathedral in Seville was trying to manipulate us to buy bus tickets.
The only black guy that seemed to have a problem was my last night in Seville, I was smoking my last cigarette, & the dude gave me a dirty look, & he looked homeless with drug problems.
In Scotland or Barcelona, can't remember where, there was this white guy who was getting very angry for some reason I can't remember.
While, the only people that didn't wanted to be recorded was this Spaniard in the train in Barcelona, but he walked to another part of the train, and then the Northern Irish dude, who looks like those white dudes in America that have a 6 pick, tattoos, and a cap, and did some time in prison, and this Spanish lady in Seville who just covered her face.
But of all of those three encounters, and it didn't get physical like what happened to you in Rome, I don't their race is the problem, I think those black dudes are drug dealers, and don't want to be recorded because they are selling drugs, I don't think they might be mentally ill, but again I'm not a psychiatrist, I think they are just paranoid and aggressive drug dealers, Ive seen many White people here in America, especially Rednecks who behave a similar way.

Agreed, I have friends of all races, and I know people of every race who behave a similar way to the black dudes in the video, I think they are drug dealers, I know in America a lot of the problems that black people have is due to many black Americans being born out of wedlock, many Blacks have no fathers in their lives here in America, but many Whites are also fatherless, both of higher rates than Hispanics & Asians, I know many people blame European colonialism in Africa for the reason why Sub-Saharan Africa has a very low quality of life, while Africa is very rich in resources, its also the fact that many post-Independent nations in Africa had dictatorships, including some countries still have that same dictator in power for decades now, so that's one thing to consider, while South Africa which has larger populations/percentages of Whites, Mixed-race, & South Asians is more westernized & developed than the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa, so maybe intelligence levels among the different races, but again I've always been skeptical about IQ tests, due to how sleep, mental health, & educational levels play a role on the person who takes this type of test.
But I would be careful to judge the entire black race based on these 3 or 4 dudes, also remember that culture can play a role as well, not just genetics, just how MLK said "judge them not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character", and those black dudes are not of good character, but there are humans of different races who are not of good character, just look at the vast majority of mass shooters here in America, they are white.

In Europe, two of the groups most commonly problematic people are the usual suspects: Black Africans and people from Romania, Moldova, and Albania, the gypsies from these regions. And Of course, you also encounter individuals from other backgrounds here and there, including locals that are problematic, the problem in the city, with pickpocket, scamming. My own experience is an example of that: the pickpocket roommate I had in Italy was ethnically Italian. He was a problem for me personally and unfortunately ruined the beginning of my Italy trip. @IberoTarasco @Kurdquistador
