Mexico
They only gathered samples from people who had more than 6% African so some of these results will be accurate and some wont be. Accuracy would be for British/French islands, Cape Verde, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, Venezuela. The not so accurate would be for Mexico, Southern Cone, Colombia, Central America. Most of those countries in America are not scoring over 6% African, for Mexico the majority of the ones that I see scoring more than 6% are those from Southern Mexico so these might be more representative for the Southern Mexican region. The same applies to the Southern Cone, they have one of the lowest levels of African admixture in the Americas with a large chunk of their population being white who weren't included. Central America is a bit difficult, for example most Guatemalans on 23andMe are not scoring over 6% African, a large chunk of them are indigenous (Mayan) or mestizos, Salvadorans are as well mostly mestizos or indio-mestizos.

Haitians: 79.5% African + 18.9% European + 0.5% East Asian and Native American
Bahamas: 79.3% African + 19.5% European + 0.7% East Asian and Native American
British Windward Islands: 78.8% African + 17.1% European + 0.6% East Asian and Native American
Jamaica and The Caymans: 76.5% African + 18.9% European + 1.2% East Asian and Native American
Guyanas: 61.6% African + 17.3% European + 3.7% East Asian and Native American
Trinidad & Tobago: 55.2% African + 19.6% European + 6.9% East Asian and Native American


Africa
Cape Verde: 47.4% African + 47.2% European + 0.3% East Asian and Native American


Latin America
Dominican Republic:
54.2% European + 32.5% African + 7.6% East Asian and Native American
Puerto Rico: 64% European + 16% African + 13.8% East Asian and Native American
Brazil: 74.3% European + 13.9% African + 7.7% East Asian and Native American
Cuba: 75% European + 13.6% African + 7.1% East Asian and Native American
Colombia: 52.6% European + 28.3% East Asian and Native American + 12.5% African
Central America:
40.9% East Asian and Native American + 40.2% European + 12% African
Venezuela:
61.9% European + 20.6% East Asian and Native American + 10.8% African
Southern Cone:
71% European + 16.9% East Asian and Native American + 7.3% African
Mexico:
45.8% East Asian and Native American + 40.8% European + 6.4% African
