Seen some online pics. as told before which also weren't that homogeneous I should say . But let me rephrase it . You come across as S.Euro kind that approaches towards North West Asia . I mean look at those bushy brows for eg. (in some pics.) not to mention features like dark hair , eyes etc...

You seem to pass off in all with varying degree of ease but Levant the best (i.e. what you asked for) . With aforementioned caveat - few Euro sort , more so ambiguous South Euro sort* and ofc neighbouring MENA sort . And stir fry of these sort . *like you (such sort seem very common there ...

First guess wouldn't be local if I bumped onto him in the streets of my N.Indian city especially in conjunction with that hair texture (though there are dark/Fitz V types too as also his other facial features are not stereotyped Madrasi) .
