He is Italian American. But I agree with everyone. He could pass for a Gypsy admix in Spain but also as Mexican/Latin American.

Do you have a picture when there was younger? But most likely it’s in black and white, but from what I can tell, I think both are Dinaric type with Alpine. Her maybe Noric instead of proper Dinaric. She looks like a blonde Dinaric with Alpine.
