Not really i was in Galicia and people is the same as andalusians, mallorcans and Catalans, Basques may look a bit tanned and with big noses but is just a stereotype from here.
Iberia is homogenous there's barely any difference genetically or phenotypically Basques are just a bit more isolated genetically they stop recieving any foreigner ancestry since Iron Age
