what we also learn from these models is that unlike what g25 shows, georgians are quite similar to other northern west asians and are not alienated from us like the way g25 presents them to be with 60% chg and inflated distances

@Le-Fuckeur as you can see, georgians should not be taken as a proxy population to chg, given that they are only 26% CHG. i would like to see if this model would pass on at1 but the p value is solid either way

most likely not. plus in order for neolithic models to work, the right populations should consist of paleolithic samples solely. you cant put natufian in the left pops while simultaneously having it in the right pops

it depends on whether the same model passes on at1 or not. if it passes on at2 but fails on at1 then technically it is a fail
