thats just me but i personally consider people who are up to 1/4 mongoloid rest caucasian still as caucasian . especially Turks who have around 11-12 % on average only . the reason is that mongoloid is less "strong" than lets say SSA or s-indian / AASI etc. and people who have some mong will still look either caucasian or near on caucasian enough . i also consider many castizos as caucasian too

an example for this is Turkish actor Mert Yazicioglu who i made a thread of :

yes. if you look at it most north caucasian ethnicities have at least a little bit of mongoloid admixture whereas georgians to the south generally lack it because north caucasus transitions into east european plain and steppe nomads would have had minimal natural barriers/resistance to oppose their penetration deep into the north caucasian mountain frontier
