yes these people in the video are dom gypsies in southeast Turkey . the man in the beginning of the video is the same man from the video i posted who said that ibrahim tatlises mother was dom gypsy . he seems like a very nice man
and as you can imagine gypsies like these will often be on pics and videos among ethnic Kurds and people will think they are Kurds

and some of these people in the video are not even that exotic and seem to be mixed with natives . there are much more exotic doms
