i am apperently in the 99+ % percentile with that . meaning that less than 0.1% of the male population has thicker wrists than me

even when i squeeze the flesh and skin with the tape and measure on the narrowest part of the wrist i am not below 20cm . wow

like i said when i measure at the start of my fist area where it is the narrowest part of your wrist (and you are not supposed to measure there if i got it right) i am still around 20cm . when i measure at that thinnest point and squeeze like crazy it is still 19.5cm . this is insane


look how i am squeezing the flesh and skin . which from what i read is not how to do it . still above 20 lel
