Looks African or Southeast Asian negrito/melanesian.

Can’t pass as Dalit but can probably pass as a tribal adivasi from south India or as an Andaman islander/Sentinelese - however Andaman Islands is much closer to Southeast Asia than to South Asia so they’re probably just southeast Asian negritos themselves

Lol Southeast Asian negrito look quite different from this. She is papuan, they have pseudo causcoid features compared to negritos who are more paedomorphic

I don’t exactly know how the Hindu caste system works, I guess they could be dalits but Dalits are outcaste found all over South Asia in any ethnicity where adivasis are like a specific type of tribe. Dalits would look different depending on what ethnicity they are.
