I agree. India is a shithole. Also when I said Kebab i didn't mean middle easterners, I also use it in reference to south asians as well cause it's part of the cuisine. I mean west asian and middle eastern are pretty much the same thing and even a lot of turks, kurds, levantine arabs I've met irl and ones I've interacted to online also identify as middle eastern. Glendale, California doesn't feel much different from Bayridge, Brooklyn or Dearborn, Michigan fme.
well as a shortcut i also use it sometimes for myself . especially the term "near eastern"
but we are not middle eastern actually . especially turks are not . we are lookwise + genetically + geographically + enviromentally (nature etc) , + culturally very different from most "middle eastern" people .

I mean we know about the same as each other about our respective regions. Chitral all the way down to the Maldives is the same to you. Istanbul all the way down to Sanaa is the same to me. You may have more expertise about ancestry genetics as I presume this is your career, a field you've field you've studied extensively but I wouldn't say you're well versed in the histories and cultures of southern Asia. Anyways I respect your insight, you're a professional.
