These are Pashtuns from Central Afghanistan.

In a previous video someone posted Afghan immigrants in Serbia which had Afghans from specific NE region which typically have the highest AASI being from Nagrahar, Jalalabad area you can tell by their accent.

These Pashtuns from Central Afghanistan have around 8-12% AASI most west shifted next to southern Pashtuns.
