Forecasters are trash and make many mistakes but I am more amazed of the fact that a low pressure system in the western Mediterranean could generate such a vicious snowstorm. I live in the fucking Netherlands and not only does it not snow here but the last time a massive snowstorm, like the ongoing balearic snowstorm hasn't happened since the last ice age
I assume in your area it didn't snow that much since it would take days of consecutive rain to melt 95cm of accumulated snow but in that picture the snow cover is more than what I have seen in a long timei made a snowman but the rain ruined iti didn't make any photo for bad luck

YES never saw something like that here in mallorca i mean here we expected yesterday a lot of rain that's what we saw in TV but look now with this snow
I would be setting up a tent in a backyard and sleeping there throughout the night if it was me instead of you there
trust me i was outside with snow some minutes to see if my chickens were ok and i can't stay there is so cold more than the last time i was in serra de Tramuntana(there snows every year)

well only when they die naturally i will probably eat them but i bought them for the eggs mostly for me and family
Why are you not slaughtering them? They can't lay eggs forever you know
that's why, when they stop doing eggs then i will eat them.
So you will kill them when they stop laying eggs and not wait for them to die. That's how most people do it and expected you to do the same
if one of them stop laying eggs i will probably cook it if not, then i will wait for them to die.
That's a new strategy. Haven't seen anyone do it before
i won't make them suffer i preffer not cook them alive
