They can't be modeled accurately. For one, they were genetically distinct from us to the degree that they were different human species. Second, they existed long before the neolithic homo sapien populations and most of the calculators go as far back as eneolithic, therefore there are also time-associated constraints with modeling Neanderthals on G25.

neanderthals are very archaic hominids and as other hominids they came from Africa and migrated to Eurasia so they will show SSA as the most closest to their Archaic components

Neanderthals didn't come from Africa. They evolved in Eurasia from Homo Heidelbergensis which did come from Africa. Furthermore, Neanderthals left most of their genes in modern day Eurasian populations hence Eurasians and Neanderthals share more recent common ancestry than SSA and Neanderthals do.

Neanderthals could actually be considered Native to Europe since they developed and arose there as species. On the other hand modern day Euro Homo Sapiens are African colonizers lol.
