Julia Volkova is naturally a red head, just as her gal pal, Lena Katina.
Julia herself dyed her hair pitch black.
Russia has the second highest population of red hair.
Many Slavic Russians are red heads, just as 9% of Irish, 10% of Welsh, and 13% of Scotts, are(Of course, Scotland is the nation with the highest population of red hair, and Russia is the second(about 12% of the population being red head).

In curiosity, are there any other North-Pontids, Gorid, or East-Nordid, you know of, who have red hair(like Julia Volkova, and Lena Katina has)?

Mostly in a certain ethnic group, Udmurts. I have been to Russia, they vary a lot in looks. Actually I don't find Russians attractive Redhead percentage is not that important. It is the number in the population, US has a low percentage but many millions of redheads.

They look North Pontid but Lulia with East Alpine(Gorid)admix and Lena with East Nordic and possibly some Gorid influence too.

I use to thought Lena Katina passed for Irish, when I use to stereotype Irish as red heads, before finding out that red heads make up 9% of Ireland's population.
I assume that the 9% of Red-heads in Ireland, have Russian heritage, and that Erik The Red(Viking leader with red head, who took over Ireland, and spread his genes by mixing with those black-haired Celtic natives, baring red-head irish offspring), was part russic.
