i found this by looking for qpAdm stuff on google


look at the onge they all have . crazy .

by the way i was just in the grocery store with my siblings and saw a punjabi mother and son . i know they are punjabi because the son had that headwear with the ball on the fronthead which is as far as i have seen typical for punjabis

and they look so so SO not west asian . they looked very very very distinctly south asian . both in facial features and skin undertone . when i saw them i immediately thought about the punjabi guys in forums and youtube quora etc. who think they overlap with us . wtf .....

there are often pakis and indians playing games on the sport field where i am running when i ran aside of them i was looking at them . pretty sure they were pakistanis because they looked like it . if i am not wrong later some girls with veils walked to them too so most likely pakistanis why...

what i find very astonishing (yet not surprising at all of course) is that the onge related ancestry south asians have (in significant amounts . even north indians) has totally "destroyed" their steppe and Iran N mix lookwise (and also plot wise ) . because imagine if they had no onge related admix . imagine they were just Iran N + Steppe . they would look similar to Lezgins or Tajiks or something

True, we're mutts so the onge admix dwindled our caucasian dna. South Asians that either have low onge or the onge pheno isn't expressed do tend to look kinda tajik or maybe pass as lezgin but those are minorities. I think it's a similar case with many Latin Americans and other multiracial communities, some times one ancestral group has the more dominant phenos.

As for sikhs, just want to point out that not all punjabis are sikhs, in fact only a minority of Punjabis are sikhs - most are muslim, granted it doesn't change the overall phenotype but i hate when people correlate the punjabi ethnicity w/ sikhs, it's like using the terms kurd and yazidi interchangeably when majority of kurds are sunni muslims.

I didn't know that but that just further supports my position that we're a multiracial country and an overwhelmingly majority of Pakistanis are mixed race.

With zero Onge+Asian ancestry, I'd imagine the Kalash, for example, would almost uniformly resemble those sandy-blonde steppe-looking West Asians.
