These two are actually brothers who are from the Dodecanese island cluster in Greece. They are 3/4 Karpathian and 1/4 Rhodian. They also have a small percentage of Sephardic Jewish ancestry as their maternal grandmother is from Lindos, Rhodes, a common stopgap for Sephardic Jews.
