Could my mom's Ashkenazi, Italian, & North African 23andMe ancestry actually be Sephardi?

Sadly my mom didn't want to do the DNA test, & on FamilySearch, I couldn't trace her ancestry far back.

On 23andMe, I'm 0.8% Ashkenazi, 3.4% Italian, & 2.9% North African.

On 23andMe, My dad is 1.8% Italian, 0.4% Ashkenazi, & 2.1% North African.

That would make my mom 1.2% Ashkenazi, 5.0% Italian, & 3.7% North African.

I am aware that many Sephardic Jews score Ashkenazi, North African, & Italian, so could all three of those scores be actually Sephardi in my mom's case?

I can see your point, on both 23andMe & AncestryDNA, I'm mostly Spanish & Native American, so the jew could just be noise.
