None. You have a pseudo North African look which is probably due to the Iranic and other Middle Eastern admixture.

I knew a guy from Northern Iraq who looked exactly like you, his language was Sorani, and I'm not sure whether Zaza people have similar facial features
My guess would be Iraq, Syria, East Turkey, but not Armenia or Iran. People in Iran are quite gracile, skinny with sharp features

I think rather an Iraqi Arab. Kurds look robust compared to the rest neighbors. I wonder if he has y-dna test results
