yeah a lot of them do distant themselves, especially Syrians and Lebanese, those are the ones ive experienced that never wanted to associate themselves with their southern brothers and sisters, especially the christian ones, those are the worst ones in terms of self hatred

i was born and raised in orange county, ca so ive grew up with many of them
the women are super westernized, the men are too

No they are not. Lebanese are genetically and culturally closer to Palestinians, Jordanians or even the Jews than to Caucasus people such as Georgians or the Western Iranics such as Kurds.
