He's 81% caucasoid, if you include the MENA, that's not castizo, that's a criollo de vuelta.
a castizo is someone who is 70-79% caucasoid & 20-30% amerindian, it's like saying the mediterranean white dude from Modern Family is a octoroon only because he's 1/32 black.
