Mainly descendants of British colonists who settled in Kenya in the 19th & 20th centuries, a good chunk of Whites left Kenya after Independence, today they make around 0.1% of the Kenyan population, mostly concentrated in Nairobi, Rift Valley Province, & Coast Province.

Whites in Africa look pretty much like regular white people aka Northern European
