For most games for me =more console
Some games like Rome Total War = more PC

That being said, there are games you can play on the old consoles like Sega Genesis and PS1 or only on the PC if you dont have those consoles anymore, but for me, you need control for a better game experience like with the Mortal Kombat arcade games, without a control its a nightmare, lol. I bought a PC control for those games on PC.
Now for Rome Total War, you dont need a control, just with the keyboard, which is a game mostly for PC gaming.
