If we are talking about Turkey as a whole, then I am going to choose Georgia. However, if we are talking about Balkan Turks or NW Anatolian Turks then Turkey has an edge imo.

i think it’s pretty same but as u said some parts of anatolia darker than georgia as a whole.

probably nw anatolians same or maybe a bit lighter and balkan turks are clearly lighter than any georgian population.
