Aramaic for sure because I know thats the language Jesus Christ and his followers all spoke
did jews all speak Aramaic in the ancient times or what? because if Jesus spoke aramaic then his followers had to speak it as well unless he know local languages

Aramaic isn't extinct, Assyrians still speak it.
