Cray cray. Who would have thought you would see some in the streets of Italy? I saw a few in Spain but not common, I assume it's the same in Italy. I saw an Italian immigrant in Spain who was homeless. Poor people. But nothing like what you see in Los Angeles or the US. It's not invisible on the streets of the U.S but very visible.
